For those of you who follow my blog, you might recognize this little lover. Estelle turned one in July, can you believe it! This past year I have had the joy of watching Estelle grow from just a tiny little newborn into a beautiful sweet one year old, it was wonderful.

For her one year session we went to one of my favorite spots. Corey and Karla brought their high chair and we did the smash cake right in the field, it was great. Although, I think Estelle was a little confused at first, she only took a minute to dig into her cake. Thanks for the wonderful time. I look forward to sharing them all with you guys.

Finally after a few rain delays, I was able to take this sweet little cowboys one year pictures. Brock like his big brother has the most beautiful blue eyes. I didn’t really notice how much these two looked alike until Brock put on the same cowboy hat that Blake wore for his 1 year pictures. I’m sure they are going to grow up to be best buds, and go on a lot of adventures together. Just as long as they don’t bring home any creepy crawling things, I think they will be okay.

Thanks for the fun afternoon, I really enjoyed seeing you guys again!!

The last 5 newborns have all been tiny little boys, so it was wonderful to have this little newborn girl Makena in studio the other day. She was very alert for most of the session but those eyes finally got sleepy. The resluts were some wonderful images. Meet Jennifer and Terry, the sweetest, cutest couple around. Jennifer has been one of my best friends for many years, and I am very excited to help her plan and be a part of her wedding day. I will not be their wedding photographer, because I am one of Jennifer’s bridesmaids, which I am VERY excited for. This will be a great opportunity to be on the other side of the camera.

Jennifer and Terry have a June wedding planned, and I’m sure they are both very busy getting all of the arrangements made. I was very happy to help check off “engagment photos”. We really had a great time, the smiles and laughs lasted all night. Terry you are getting a great girl! I wish you two many years of happiness, and I’ve excited to be a part of it all. Plus I get to hang out with Ron and Mary Lou, I bet they can’t wait :)

Meet Isaac, he is adorable and sweet and very loved!! After many weeks of waiting, this past weekend was finally our weekend to bring home our little Reggie, he is a Black & White Tri colored, Cocker Spaniel. He has fallen right into place in our busy house, and is loved to pieces. As I type this blog post he is laying on my toes, which I’m sure he will do often.

I couldn’t wait to bring him into the studio to get some shots of him. I’m very thankful Tyson came with to help, otherwise I don’t think I would’ve been able to get a single shot of this little guy. Or at least not one with his eyes open. Reggie thought the studio was pretty cool, and about 20 minutes into the “session” he was just SO sleepy. He was just like a little newborn letting me pose and move him around.

So here he is, and yes I know picture overload, but he’s SO cute!!!

And this isn’t from the studio, but I just love this shot, Tyson is truly SO happy to have Reggie. After Yogi died the boy was pretty sad. I think He and Reggie will go on many adventures, and I’m sure they will both come back dirty and a story to tell!!
