Today I spent the day looking back at all of my session from 2011. I can’t believe the year went by so fast, it seems like only a few weeks ago sweet Addison was here for her one year session, but se was acutally my first session of 2011!! KDB Photography really did have a fantastic year, I saw a lot of familiar faces and a lot of new ones as well. Every sessions was just as unique as the family, we had many laughs, a few tears, and a lot of smiles. I have to say that my most memorable moment from a 2011 was from a session w/ two little boys. I had them jump off a log and run toward me, well, they didn’t stop once they got to me, the proceeded to tackle me and I’m pretty sure I got licked on the face. It makes me laugh just thinking about it. Oh what I won’t do for the shot.

If you had a session with me in 2011, I would just like to say thank you for choosing me to capture a little piece of history for your family. With so many choices out there for photographers, I truly am greatful for all of my wonderful clients. You have helped make KDB Photography what it is today. I look forward to many great sessions in 2012.

Michael Class of 2011 | KDB Anoka County Senior Photographer

May 22nd, 2011

I had a great session the other night with Michael, he is a wonderful guy. We started off Downtown Anoka, and then wrapped things up at the St. Francis Stuido. Michael has his plan for next year all ready, I wish him the best in his next chapter! Enjoy the sneak peek!

It feels so good to get back outside and shoot. Although the calendar says March, the temperature says December, eventually winter will end. In the mean time Jonathan and his Mom met me in Downtown Anoka for Jonathans senior pictures. This boy has a smile that can light up a room. In a few more […]

In a few more months Jonathan will be heading down to Georgia for basic training. I wish him will with the next chapter of his life! Thanks for the fun session, and enjoy the peek!

Here’s Sydney aka Squid :) She is the a beautiful young lady, who also happens to be my younger cousin. Sydney is graduating from GSL and I am very proud of her. We had a great time taking her Senior pictures. We started out by Lake Waconia, then went downtown Waconia and then back to Glencoe. Sydney is going to come back up to my place this fall when the leaves are changing. I guess she’s lucky I like her :) I’m sure we will get a ton more fun shots, but if not we got PLENTY from this session. One thing I tell my clients is to relax and have fun. The more fun we have during the sessions, the more life your pictures will have. Well, Sydney’s senior portraits certainly have LIFE!!! Thanks for fun time Syd! Enjoy the peek.

When David’s step mom called me about senior pictures, I really couldn’t believe David was graduating. David and his Family use to live behind us, and every once in awhile, David would miss the bus, so I would give him a ride to Middle School. Well, now he is all grown up and graduating from High School, time really does go so fast! Thanks for coming over guys! I had a great time, enjoy the sneak peek!
