I really can not belive that sweet little Jack is turning one!! I first met Jack when he was only 11 days old. I really have enjoyed seeing Jack every three months. Every session I had with Jack I always ended with a smile! He really is one of the sweetest babies I’ve ever met, so laid back and fun. Here are a few of my favorites from his past sessions.

And here are some from Jack’s one year session! We also did a smash cake session, I’ll be posting those in a seperate blog post. Jack’s Big Sister Grace came with as well, she really makes me laugh. Grace has also changed so much in the last year. For only be 2 years old, she really knows what she wants, but when you here her laugh, it just melts your heart!

Here’s Sydney aka Squid :) She is the a beautiful young lady, who also happens to be my younger cousin. Sydney is graduating from GSL and I am very proud of her. We had a great time taking her Senior pictures. We started out by Lake Waconia, then went downtown Waconia and then back to Glencoe. Sydney is going to come back up to my place this fall when the leaves are changing. I guess she’s lucky I like her :) I’m sure we will get a ton more fun shots, but if not we got PLENTY from this session. One thing I tell my clients is to relax and have fun. The more fun we have during the sessions, the more life your pictures will have. Well, Sydney’s senior portraits certainly have LIFE!!! Thanks for fun time Syd! Enjoy the peek.

This morning I started early and met Trevor and Claire and their two beautiful children. Their daughter Heidi is an absolute doll. Her Mom pulled some tricks and we managed to capture Heidi’s attention. And little Nolan was such a sweet baby boy. He is only 6 months old and almost sits all by himself. What a big boy!

Enjoy the preview, lots more to come!

Sweet little Sylvia and her awesome Mom came over tonight for some 9 month pictures of Syliva! Is she just the cutest little thing!!! Sylvia was all dressed up and her Grandma even painted her toes!!! We headed over to one of my favorite spots and I brought my “new” old chair. The combination was perfect! We had a great time. Sylvia wasn’t too sure about it, but between her Mom and I we managed to get some smiles! Enjoy the peek!

The unofficial kick-off to summer begins this Friday here in St. Francis, Pioneer Days 2010. Last year, I had so much fun meeting so many wonderful people, that I wasn’t going to let the opportunity pass to do it again.

My booth will be filled with a lot of great samples and displays and Roger (Our Family Turtle for the Turtle Races). I’ll also be holding a few different contests and having some fun games for the kiddies. So if you’re going to be around St. Francis June 12th or 13th, come and swing by Community Park and say hi. While you are there, take a guess at home many Skittles are in the jar. Below is a sneak peek. If you can’t make it to the park this weekend, feel free to leave a guess under the comment section here on my blog. The person who guesses the correct number (or the closest) will receive a jar of skittles, how awesome is that. Okay I’m kidding, but the winner will receive a complimentary photo session. If there is a tie, then we will have a skittle eating contest, or maybe we’ll just draw out of a hat. I will announce the winner on Monday, June 14th.

And here is Roger (or Kevin). My kids seem to think he looks like one of those two names, LOL. So maybe a combo of them both like Rovin or Keger, then again I’m not sure he is a he. Either way, Roger is a pretty fast turtle. Racing runs in his blood, and his ancestors have won many turtle races in the past. Let’s hope Roger is up for the challenge. The turtle races start at 11 a.m. so get there early, you don’t want to miss Rogers big debut!!

I had such a great time Saturday Afternoon photographing Lilah. Lilah is one of my baby planners and came back for her 6 month pictures. I really do enjoy seeing her every few months she continues to grow and change, but she still has the same great smile. I got a lot of great shots of her, enjoy the sneak peek!

My Niece and Nephew came over last night for a much over due session. Getting pictures out of these two isn’t always the easiest task, but I think we had success last night. We also enjoyed another impromptu session but that’s for another day :)
