Little Owen sure is growing fast. I really look forward when he comes over for a session. He is just such a sweet baby boy. This time Owen brought his Daddy and Dog with. Now getting both Owen and Duke to smile and look at me was a bit of a challenge but in the end everything worked out. Enjoy the sneak peek guys!

I have had the most awesome Senior girls the last few weeks. They have all been beautiful, outgoing and a joy to photograph, and tonights senior girl was no exception!

Tonight Emily came up for her Senior Pictures. We really had a great time and went to a bunch of my favorite spots. Getting those fun natural looking expressions was not a challenge tonight. Emily knew just what to do to make herself (and her mom and I laugh). Emily’s session is one I will never forget!

Thanks for the fun time Emily & Tammy. Enjoy the sneak peek, many more to come!

This was for Emily’s Mom :) She really does love her!!

Emily’s Mom requested a water shot. Well, I didn’t expect Emily to go into the Rum River as far as she did, but it was well worth it. You can just see how much fun she had doing those shots

Tonight I had the pleasure of meeting Ashley. I always have so much fun photographing seniors. Every session is so full of energy and I enjoy talking with all of the kids. I really had a fun time making Ashley smile. We did have to brave the hot temperature and the high humidity but we made it. Enjoy the sneak peek!!

I can not belive it’s been a year since the last time Dreyden has been here for pictures. Last time he was only a few days old but still just as handsome! As first time parents you really do learn a lot about yourself and your baby in that first year. I’m sure Jenni and Ryan aren’t the same people they were a year ago.

Jenni had told me that she wanted just one good picture of Dreyden and Mollie, we did those shots first, but it didn’t take long for things to go south. Hey w/ a baby and a dog anything is possible. Although, I must say I do love this first picture. If it were my family, I’d hang it on my wall and smile every time I looked at it!

and a few outtakes w/ Dreyden and Mollie, they were too cute not to share!

First off, I can not say enough great things about Jessica! She is beautiful, charming, polite and funny. When my daughters get to be her age, I hope they are as great as she is! Jessica came over for her Senior Pictures with her Mom. The sky was gorgeous so we took full advantage of the beautiful natural lighting. This time of year is full of so many opportunities for outdoor portraits, I just love it. Thanks again Jessica and Julie, I had a lot of fun. And as you can tell from the sneak peek, I had a hard time narrowing them down!

She has such an infectious laugh, i think this is where I made my elelphant sound, LOL

Erin is a first time Mom expecting her little guy to arrive at the end of July. She is so beautiful and such a sweet girl. We lucked out and the rain clouds moved on, so we were able to head over to the Rum River and Lake George for some fun, outdoor maternity pictures. We had a lot of laughs, and poor Erin put up with pretty much anything I asked her to-do. When you haven’t had a baby for awhile, you forget that having a belly in front of you makes it hard to do certain things. But, Erin didn’t mind! Thanks for coming over, I had a wonderful time. I’ll be thinking of you in the next few weeks. Enjoy your pregnancy and the sneak peek!

Meet Tayla, she is one busy little girl. Staying in spot for very long is not something she is good at, but then what one year old is right. That’s alright I was ready for the challenge. I took Tayla down to one of my favorite spots by the Rum River. It was a beautiful sunny day and the weather was wonderful. Her Mom, Grandma & I all did our best to get some smiles out of her. I think we did pretty good. After a fun time playing outside we came back and wrapped up the session with some indoor shots. I loved her little polk-a-dotted shirt.

I really had a great time with all of you today. Enjoy the sneak peek, lot’s more to come.

Can you believe this is the first time this handsome little guy has had his pictures taken. He was so much fun to photograph. That being said, we did have to work a little to get some smiles. And by “we” I mean his Dad had to really work HARD to get him to smile. I think we all tried, but Ben gets a gold star for going above and beyond to get those smiles.

I can honestly say I have never laughed as hard or as much as I have at this session. Sometimes I wish I could video pullbacks from sessions so people can really see the “behind the scenes” of a session. If we would’ve been videoing, I’m sure there could’ve been some clips that showed up on AFV. Ben was pretty funny, but not as funny as the reaction that Mom got when she found out she had a woodtick in her hair. Poor Blake got the short end of the deal and was left to fend for himself while his Mom ran out of the grass and onto the gravel.

All in all it was a fantastic session, and a lot of memories were made!! Enjoy the sneak peek, there are a lot more to come!
