Good things come to those who wait, and I sure did make Rachel and Brandon wait for their sneak peek. These two will be getting married in October and Rachel has been very busy getting all the little details done before their big day. I also got to have my own sneak peek of the bridesmaid dresses, as well as the center pieces, and let me tell you they look AWESOME. They are going to have a fantastic wedding. I had so much fun taking their engagment pictures, that I know the wedding will be just as fun. Enjoy the sneak peek!

This was literally the last shot of the day. This is their Black Lab Elvis, he was such a good boy! He really wanted to be in at least one picture. Who could resist a face like that!!

And I can’t forget Grandpa Bob from Minnesota!!! No matter what the occassion, you can count on Bob to make you laugh, well, at least he’s been making me laugh since I was about 10 years old. He’s just lucky I like him so much, I could’ve posted my other picture of him, but I wouldn’t do that. Thanks for letting me invaid the farm again Bob!!

Here’s Sydney aka Squid :) She is the a beautiful young lady, who also happens to be my younger cousin. Sydney is graduating from GSL and I am very proud of her. We had a great time taking her Senior pictures. We started out by Lake Waconia, then went downtown Waconia and then back to Glencoe. Sydney is going to come back up to my place this fall when the leaves are changing. I guess she’s lucky I like her :) I’m sure we will get a ton more fun shots, but if not we got PLENTY from this session. One thing I tell my clients is to relax and have fun. The more fun we have during the sessions, the more life your pictures will have. Well, Sydney’s senior portraits certainly have LIFE!!! Thanks for fun time Syd! Enjoy the peek.

Meet Stephanie, isn’t she beautiful. Steph will be starting her senior year of high school in a few weeks, but has already begun her busy fall schedule. Steph is a stellar athlete from Volleyball to Basketball to her favorite… Track, Steph really is an all-star. I’ll be seeing Stephanie again in a few weeks for her Brothers wedding, I’m sure she will look just as great in her bridesmaid dress as she for her senior portraits. I had a great time with you guys! Enjoy the sneak peek, lot’s more to come!!!

Last Saturday was a busy but what a FUN day. My best friend Nancy was back in Minnesota for her Dad’s wedding. The weather was picture perfect, so after the wedding, we took full advantage of all the fun places on the farm. This time it was just Connor in the pictures, because big sister Carley wasn’t feel the best.

Connor was sporting his John Deere shirt which was perfect for all the John Deere equipment around the farm. Lot’s of great contrasting colors.

Saturday was such a wonderful day. The sun was out, the temperatures were fantastic, overall, it was the perfect day for outdoor pictures.

I was very happy to be able to photograph these three kiddos. Their Mom and I have been best friends since we were in 1st grade, even though our busy schedules and busy lives keep us from seeing each other very much, we are still able to pick up where we leave off.

Now for the fun stuff. We headed downtown Hutchinson and did a few urban shots. The beautiful historic downtown didn’t disappoint, providing natural colors and backdrops. After a few urban shots, we headed over to the Crow River. The rocks and natural landscape were perfect. The kids were really able to relax and be themselves.

As we were wrapping things up, I called Kaeden over to look at the huge carp. Well, it was a little wet from all the rain and he basically slid 10 feet in the mud, poor guy, but man did we laugh!

Thanks for the wonderful time on Saturday and we’ll see you soon!!

I had a busy day yesterday, it all started with 16 day old Ella! This little peanut was so much fun to photograph yesterday. For being only 16 days old, she sure has A LOT of personality. She made us laugh out loud more than once. Little Ella is a bright eyed little girl. Her Mom and Dad are very lucky to have her as their own! Thanks for the great time Jill & Greg! Enjoy the sneak peek!

We wanted to get a few shots of Ella in her Daddy’s hands. Well, poor Ella has a little cold and she sneezed, however a little more than snot came out :) Good thing I know how to move fast! I got a few other shots, but this face just cracked me up so I had to share this one first!
