No two portrait sessions are ever the same. KDB Photography only takes a limited number of session a month. This ensures that when you book your session with KDB, you will be given the attention you deserve.
So HI, I’m Kati, Photographer and Owner of KDB Photography. I specialize in senior portraits, newborn photography, toddlers and child photography. Does this mean that I don’t do other sessions? No, I also offer family sessions, engagement and weddings.
KDB Photography is located in St Francis, MN which is in Northern Anoka County. I generally use locations around St Francis and Anoka, however, if you have a location that is special to you, I’m all for it.

After 10 years Chris and Billi are still in love. You can just feel the chemistry these two have. We had a lot of fun and captured a lot of wonderful moments between the two of them. These pictures are extra special to Billi and Chris. They are both certified barbers and Chris works in the barber shop that Billi’s Dad has owned for years. So taking the session over there really meant a lot to them both! Enjoy the sneak peek!!
This beautiful family came over this morning for some indoor and outdoor shots. The weather here has been perfect for outside pictures. Looks like fall temps are going to finally show up, only a month late, but I guess better late than never

Well, here is Aryn or better known around our house as Kati Jr or Number 3. She is full of spunk, silliness and so full of life… all the good things she gets from me Oh and maybe she has a teeny tiny bit of stubborness in her, but that’s alright she lights up my world! Tonight we were playing around w/ some new lighting. She was being a typical 3 year old, posing and being a ham for the camera, gotta love that! The session was inspired by her new boots, she is VERY proud of them.

As a GSL graduate myself, I know the feeling of wanting to leave that High School and never look back. But the truth is 5, I mean 14 years later you miss those high school days and you miss the good times you had with your friends. It’s hard to appreciate them at the time, but going back “home” and then over to the school it really was bitter sweet. Okay I’m rambling now.
Anyway, Ryan is getting ready to get the heck out of Glencoe and start the next chapter in his book of life. He’s a star athlete and I hope his athletic career takes him far! Enjoy the sneak peek, and Go Panthers!!
Justin and Kelsey will be getting married next September on Justin’s Grandparents farm. They are doing a lot of work to prepare for the big day. So that’s where we headed for their engagement pictures. I’m sure their wedding day will be here before we know it, I’m very excited for the both of them. I have known Justin since he was little and it’s great to see him with a very awesome girl! Congrats you two and enjoy the sneak peek!!
These two little guys kept me, mom and dad on our toes. Where one didn’t run the other one did! Oh well, that’s what toddler boys are supposed to do! Don’t you love the blue eyes on these two little guys. They have a natural pop to them, I didn’t enchance these eyes a bit! OH and just for fun I threw a few from a year ago on here as well. Last year our session was on 11-1 and just by chance it was 11-1 again this year! Where does the time go??? Enjoy the sneak peek Kim and Jake!!

The Ramerts came over last week for a family picture. However, what we captured was more than their family we captured some last memories of their dog Spurt. The next day they found out that Spurt had a tumor and needed to be put to sleep. So this family photo session truly was meant to be!! Spurt will be missed by everyone, but hopefully seeing these last few pictures of her will bring some smiles to some faces!! Enjoy the sneak peek guys! And I am very sorry about Spurt!!
